本作是以《BLUE REFLECTION幻舞少女之剑》为原点，发展出斩新「BLUE REFLECTIONPROJECT」而推出的电视动画。新的主角为积极且开畅、没法听任有答辩的人不管的平原阳樱莉（CV：千菅春喷鼻），以及拙笨、不懂该若何与人相处的羽成琉夏（CV：石见舞菜喷鼻），好像比力的两名少女相遇，让她们本人与世界都逐步改变。
